As the the bike boom emerges, we @ FSOE have a clear vision to deliver quality living to the complex.

One core issue is bikes. Its well known that the plot 91 is an infra- structure that was build to support the complex.

As so, one activity that is on our work sheet, is to have a special place for our residents bikes, specially the residents from CLUBE 2000, that due to lack of room, are unable to store their bikes.

Also, the travelers that want to cycle in the complex, can have the chance to rent a bike in the Shopping (plot 91) and discover the lovely beaches that surround the Loteamento Fonte Santa.
