Loteamento Fonte Santa Plot 91 Pool and Services

Hello my friends,

It´s a well known fact by our Residents that Plot 91 ( Pool and Services of Loteamento Fonte Santa (former AlgarveSol)) still concern the Community.

In 2018, City Authorities demanded, by public notification, the cleaning of the plot 91. The job was done and reported to the City Authorities Fiscalization Department via e-mail on June 2018.

Now that our Community is now better organized with condominiums and FSOE, we are together to protect the Clube 2000/Loteamento Fonte Santa interests regarding Plot 91 as must needed infra-estructure.

For that reason, we at FSOE want to start talks with City Authorities about the situation of the Plot and is function, since we had close to 20 years without the services/infra-estructures of Loteamento Fonte Santa (former AlgarveSol) unsolved.

The Plot 91 was delivered to the City as a Warranty for the conclusion of infra-estructures that were never finished.

As now in 2020 , one of the Purposes “ https://www.lfsoe.com/purposes” of the FSOE is to elevate the quality of living of our Community. So we are  determined to reactivate the Plot by agreements or in Partnership with a third party, to deliver to our residents the services that are licensed and others more if needed, for example:

  • The Clube 2000 apartments/townhouses have no storages for bikes or mobility devices. The plot 91 has space to build a storage for bikes and other electric mobility devices, so that the residents can have their bikes or other sustainable ways of transport, to be kept safely on the building, and use them to go the beach or to Quarteira, without the need of a car and reducing CO2 in the area.

  • Homeowners can let their keys to FSOE staff to monitor/check on the Property and have real time action without the need to come from their other primary House in other areas or Countries.

  • Pet Care or Pet grooming also can be delivered when owners are at work or on free time

  • Small supermarket / groceries shop to avoid the residents far away displacements to Lidl or Quarteira.

  • The swimming pool for residents/guests use, as it was originally built.

  • To monetize the infra-estructure with rents to be sustainable.

  • Other needed services to Loteamento Fonte Santa

These are the main services that are Licensed and to be reactivated so that the Clube 2000 and Loteamento Fonte Santa can have some quality delivered back to their residents.
